服务内容
FlowPilot 提供个人计划、专注计时、习惯和复盘工具。它不是医疗、法律或其他专业服务，也不保证实现某项生产力或健康结果。当前版本无账号、无广告、无应用内购买。
数据与使用责任
你对自己输入及分享的内容负责。请定期导出并妥善保存备份；导入会替换当前记录，清除、卸载或移除浏览器数据可能导致不可恢复的丢失。请勿将唯一重要资料仅保存在本机 App 中。系统权限、通知设置、专注模式、电量和后台策略可能影响提醒，计时提醒不应作为紧急或安全关键用途的唯一依赖。
合理使用与知识产权
请依法使用服务，不利用网站实施攻击或侵犯他人权利。产品名称、界面和内容受相应知识产权保护；第三方开源素材按其许可使用，Catppuccin 配色的 MIT 许可见 App 及网页版中的开源许可说明。
可用性与责任
我们会合理维护产品并处理问题，但不承诺服务在所有设备、网络或系统环境中持续无故障。任何责任限制均以适用法律允许的范围为限，不排除或限制依法不能排除的消费者权利或责任。
App Store 许可及更新
通过 App Store 获取的 App，其许可还适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。本页说明产品的使用与支持规则，不替代强制适用的法律或 App Store 协议。产品或条款变更会在相关页面更新。

FlowPilot is a general productivity tool for personal planning, focus, habits and reflection, provided by TIMBERLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC. It is not a professional or emergency service, and does not guarantee productivity or health outcomes. Keep independent backups; importing replaces records and uninstalling or clearing data may cause permanent loss. Timer notifications depend on operating-system settings and must not be your sole safety-critical reminder.
Use the service lawfully and respect intellectual property. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. We maintain the product reasonably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every environment. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities remain unaffected. Apps obtained through the App Store are also licensed under Apple's standard EULA. Changes will be reflected on this page. Contact: [email protected].
